Our Recreational Dance Program is designed for dancers 14 months through 12th Grade —from first steps to experienced movers—who want to learn, grow, and have fun in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Dancers meet once a week and shine in both our Red Carpet Christmas Spectacular and Spring Spectacular performances. Whether your dancer is just starting out or wants to continue enjoying dance at a recreational level, this program offers the perfect blend of skill-building, creativity, and joy.

Our Pre-Competition Program is perfect for dancers who are ready to explore the world of competitive dance—without the full-time commitment of a company team. Designed for preschool through high school students, this program offers weekly training and the opportunity to perform in select competitions. Dancers can also choose to participate in solos, duets, trios, or small groups based on interest and readiness. It’s a great way to build confidence, grow as a performer, and experience the excitement of the competitive stage—on a flexible schedule.

Our nationally recognized Competition Company offers dedicated dancers from preschool through 12th grade the opportunity to train and perform at an elite level. Company members compete in a variety of styles, including jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, musical theater, hip hop, and pointe, at competitions throughout Minnesota and across the United States. Dancers receive comprehensive training from our esteemed TDC faculty and have the privilege of working with some of the nation's leading choreographers, fostering both technical excellence and artistic growth. Our alumni have made us proud as they've gone on to top college dance teams, BFA dance programs, NBA & NFL Cheerleading teams & successful teaching careers.

In our Pre-Pro Division, the focus extends beyond competition—it's about high-level training, personal growth, and the dancer's journey. While dancers have the opportunity to compete, they are not required to be part of a competition company. This program offers flexibility for dancers to focus on their technical development and pursue other dance opportunities that align with their goals. Through collaboration, commitment, and character-building, dancers gain not only exceptional training but also valuable life skills that prepare them for success in dance and beyond. Dancers for this program must audition for consideration.

Our in house acro program "The Acro Collective" is designed for dancers of all levels—from beginners learning basic skills like somersaults to advanced students mastering complex tumbling. Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, control, and technique in a safe and supportive environment. With a highly experienced instructor and access to top-quality equipment, safety is always our top priority. We offer skill-specific classes for moves such as walkovers and aerials, as well as private and semi-private lessons for personalized instruction. Dancers from all studios are welcome—come train, grow, and achieve your acro goals with us!

Our Recreational Hip Hop Program is perfect for dancers who want to train once a week in a high-energy, fun-filled class. Dancers have the opportunity to perform in our Red Carpet Christmas Spectacular and Spring Spectacular, with the option to participate in one spring competition for those who want to experience the excitement of the stage. It’s a great way to build skills, confidence, and community—all while having a blast dancing to the latest beats!

Our All Boys Dance Program is a high-energy, action-packed experience designed just for boys from preschool through middle school. With exciting hip hop and tap classes, dancers build rhythm, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Boys have the opportunity to perform in our Red Carpet Christmas Spectacular and Spring Spectacular, with the option to join one spring competition for an extra taste of the spotlight. It’s an amazing way to burn energy, build skills, and be part of a positive, encouraging dance community made just for them.
